The staff was compassionate and responsive to issues.
I was appalled by the sheer noise levels in the building. I could hear everything from other rooms, including loud conversations at night. To make matters worse, the shower in my room didn't drain properly, causing a flood in the bathroom each time I used it. When I approached the front desk for help, the employee seemed annoyed and unhelpful, treating me more like an inconvenience than a guest.

Recommend it for families with kids
The staff were so accommodating and friendly they even let us check in early so we could unpack and relax before the match. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day especially for my kids who loved the pastries and fresh fruit.
It was a bit pricey but still manageable for what we got.

We had a wonderful time exploring the Old Port of Marseille, which was just a short walk away. The staff were incredibly accommodating, letting us check in early so our toddler could rest before our adventures. The charming decor and cleanliness made our stay enjoyable.
My wife says that the small bathroom could use more amenities for families, like extra towels. The stairs were a bit treacherous with a toddler and luggage, so a lift would be helpful.

missingWrote a review on 11 Juneclectic decorcharming gardenpeaceful retreatinaccessibility stairs
The eclectic decor of the hotel reflects the unique charm of an old French building. A lovely garden area provides a peaceful retreat, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the surrounding streets.
The maintenance could use some attention. there are noticeable holes in the walls and only a handful of power outlets. A lack of elevators really hampers accessibility, especially for guests on the fourth floor trying to lug their bags up many narrow stairs. Additionally, the room itself can feel quite cramped, particularly for two people, and issues like one broken bedlamp and hot water running low should be noted for a more comfortable experience.
